Shipping and returns
SHIPPING
Shipping is free for purchases over €100 for Spain and €125 for the European Union.
If the product is in stock, we will ship it within a maximum of 48 hours. If the product is made to order, we will ship it as soon as it is finished (check delivery times for the product you wish to purchase).
Important for countries outside the EU (European Union):
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged customs fees or taxes. Any applicable import charges or taxes, once the goods arrive in the destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the order. In countries at war or in conflict, the carrier may not be able to deliver the order. In this case, we will inform you when the order is placed and the amount paid will be refunded. Lalura is not responsible for any customs retention or payment of specific taxes in the destination country.
RETURNS
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
- We will refund the amount paid to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Returns must be sent at the buyer's responsibility and cost. The customer must ensure that the package arrives without suffering any damage or loss. Lalura is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of packages during shipping.
- For orders placed during special sales such as pre-sales, sample sales, clearance sales, archive sales, etc., the user will bear the shipping costs of the return (including fees and duties where applicable). Under no circumstances will we accept returns sent freight collect.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange your purchase for another model of the same value. We do not accept exchanges for models of different value, whether higher or lower.
For both exchanges and returns, products must be in perfect condition. In the case of kits, we only accept returns if the contents are intact and the tissue paper with the sticker has not been opened or peeled off. If it has been tampered with, we cannot accept the return.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Email us at hola@laluradesign.com with the reason for the exchange or return, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Once the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Lalura will refund the customer all payments received (except return shipping costs) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
The currency used on laluradesign.com is the euro. The bank that issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate you will receive, which may vary from the original price due to currency conversion.
Lalura reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received.
Defective Product:
- In case of receiving a product with a defect or flaw, the customer must contact hola@laluradesign.com so that we can assess the incident. Once verified, the product will be exchanged for a new one of the same model. If the product is not available, the full amount of the product plus shipping costs will be refunded within approximately 2 business days.
- Note: We kindly ask that before going to another store, you contact us so we can find a solution. If products are handled by a third party, the warranty may be voided.
We recommend that you include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the defective item
- Photographic evidence

In case of receiving an incorrect product, i.e., not the one you ordered, please send an email to hola@laluradesign.com to resolve the incident as soon as possible.

If we receive a returned package, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the purchase. Under no circumstances can we resend the package, so if you still want the products, you will need to place a new order.
