PRIOR KNOWLEDGE
To knit this shawl, you need to know how to knit the knit stitch, as well as how to make increases (a video explaining the shawl's increases is included) and bind off stitches in knit.
CONSTRUCTION
This shawl is knitted from the bottom up. Once the desired size is reached, the stitches at the top are bound off until no stitches remain.
SIZES
One size.
Height: 66 cm [26”].
Width: 134 cm [52.75”].
GAUGE
16 stitches and 34 rows for a 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4”] swatch in garter stitch, unblocked.
YARN
Included in this kit.
NEEDLES
5 mm [US 8] circular needles with an 80 cm [32"] cable or the size needed to obtain the correct gauge (unblocked). If necessary, larger needles for a loose bind-off.
