PRIOR KNOWLEDGE
To knit this shawl, you need to know how to knit, purl, garter tab cast-on, pick up stitches, yarn over, make increases, and bind off.
CONSTRUCTION
This scarf is knitted from the top down, starting at the top edge, in the center, with the “garter tab” cast-on, and growing towards the sides and downwards, its final shape is triangular.
GAUGE
24 stitches and 34 rows for a 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4”] swatch in stockinette stitch, blocked.
